By purchasing a product through beforetheaisle.eu, you agree to the following terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, in particular the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT).
We sell digital products — currently The Master Wedding Planner, consisting of a 101-page PDF planner and a 7-sheet Excel companion, available in multiple languages. The products are delivered as digital downloads after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
All prices shown on the website are in the currency of the local landing page (EUR, PLN, HUF) and include VAT. The applicable VAT rate is determined by the customer's country of residence at the time of purchase.
Payment processing and VAT collection are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all sales. This means Lemon Squeezy is responsible for collecting the correct VAT from the customer at checkout and remitting it to the appropriate tax authorities.
We accept the payment methods enabled by Lemon Squeezy, including major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected at the time of order. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email receipt and a download link.
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed, via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder, and contact info@beforetheaisle.eu if it has not arrived.
Under EU Consumer Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 43.č of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By purchasing and downloading the digital product, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited.
Notwithstanding the above, we offer a voluntary 7-day satisfaction guarantee (see Section 3).
We voluntarily offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, regardless of the statutory withdrawal exclusion described above.

Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once the refund is issued, your access to the downloaded files is revoked under the license terms below; we ask that you stop using them.
Requests received after the 7-day window are at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.
The digital products sold on beforetheaisle.eu are protected by copyright and are licensed — not sold — to you for personal use.
All copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights remain with GR8 consulting d.o.o.
"Lifetime updates" means that as long as the product continues to be sold by us, you are entitled to receive any updated versions free of charge, via the original download link or by request to info@beforetheaisle.eu. We make no guarantee about the frequency or scope of future updates.
The products are sold "as is" and are intended for general wedding planning guidance. They are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or planning advice. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, missed deadline, contractual dispute with vendors, or other consequence arising from your use of the products.
To the maximum extent permitted by Slovenian law, our total liability for any claim related to the products is limited to the amount you paid for them.
